Use Products for sealed items, accessories, supplies, and custom products that are not tracked as TCG singles.
Before you start

- Have SKU, barcode, selling price, and warehouse quantity available when possible.
What success looks like

How this area works
Reference information for the choices on this page.
When to use Products instead of TCG Singles
- Use Products for sealed boxes, booster packs, sleeves, deck boxes, snacks, apparel, and store-defined items.
- Use TCG Singles when the item should match the card catalog and card condition model.
Variants and barcodes
- Use variants when one product has multiple sizes, colors, editions, or related options.
- Use SKUs and barcodes to make POS scanning reliable.
- Keep names clear enough for staff to identify the product quickly.
Actions on the Products page
- Use product type cards to open a category of non-single inventory, such as sealed product, accessories, board games, miniatures, or other store-defined product types.
- Use Add Product Type to create a new product grouping with a name and optional description.
- Use Edit on a product type to rename it, adjust its description or presentation, or delete it when it is no longer used.
- Use Reorder and Done Reorder to change the order product types appear in the dashboard.
- Click a product type card to manage the products and inventory inside that type.
Actions after choosing a product type
- Choose All Channels to review that product type across warehouses, or choose a specific warehouse/channel to work in one inventory pool.
- Use search and category filters to find products inside the selected type.
- Use Add Product to create an item with name, SKU, description, category, TCG association when relevant, sell price, MSRP, quantity, barcode, and reorder point.
- Use UPC lookup or barcode tools when adding products that can be identified by a manufacturer barcode.
- Use Edit Product to update product details, inventory quantity, pricing, category, barcode, and warehouse-specific values.
- Use variant tools when one product has multiple child variants, and use combine/split workflows when products need to become or stop being variable products.
- Use bulk edit mode to change category, quantity, price, or reorder data across multiple rows, then use bulk save to apply the changes.
- Use regenerate barcode when an item needs a new internal barcode generated by MintLGS.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
A barcode scan does not find the product
Confirm the barcode was saved on the product or variant and that the POS scanner is entering the barcode correctly.
The product appears as out of stock
Check quantity in the warehouse used by POS or online sales. Quantity in another warehouse may not count for that channel.
