Products

Edit multiple products and undo a mass edit

Several products: select their rows and click Edit to change prices, stock or sales channels together. To hide them online, turn off Online for those rows, then Save; leave POS unchanged. Bulk product editing does not apply to TCG singles.

Before you start

  • Dashboard → Inventory → Products
  • Your account needs permission to view products. Creating, updating, and deleting them require the corresponding product permissions.

What success looks like

  • The selected products show the saved values. If an undo succeeds, they show the restored values.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Select a product type and warehouse, then search or filter the list as needed.
  2. 2Select the product rows to change on the current page. For bulk editing, keep this row selection; Select all matching products is for warehouse removal and does not offer Edit. Repeat on another page if needed.
  3. 3Click Edit to change Price, Stock, POS, or Online in the selected rows. To hide these products from your website, turn off Online for each selected row and leave POS unchanged. To change only categories, use Set Category → Apply.
  4. 4Click Save to apply the changes. Undo unsaved changes discards edits you have not saved; Done exits editing.
  5. 5If you need to reverse the saved change and Undo last mass edit is still available, click it.
  6. 6Check the affected products after saving or undoing. A mixed indicator means the selected products have different values.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

More products changed than expected

Check the selected rows and warehouse. If Undo last mass edit is available, use it and verify the restored values. Select all matching products belongs to warehouse removal, not this edit action.

No undo control is available

The undo control applies only to the available recent operation. Open the affected products to correct their values, or contact support with the products changed and the time of the edit.
