TCG Singles
Manage TCG Singles
Use TCG Singles to manage card inventory by game, set, condition, price, warehouse, and availability.
Before you start
- Create the warehouse where the cards will be stored.
- Know the game, card name, set, condition, and quantity you are entering.
What success looks like
- The card appears under the selected game and warehouse.
- POS can sell the card when quantity exists in the selected POS warehouse.
- The storefront can show the card when it has available quantity, price, and online eligibility.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open Inventory > TCG Singles.
- 2Choose or search the game and card you want to manage.
- 3Open the matching card or inventory detail.
- 4Add or adjust quantity for the correct condition and warehouse.
- 5Review sell price, buy price, and manual price locks if shown.
- 6Save the inventory change.
- 7Check POS or storefront visibility if the item should be sellable.
Common tasks
Open only the task you need.
Add a catalog card to inventoryUse catalog search whenever possible so the exact card version remains consistent everywhere.
- 1Open TCG Singles, choose the game, then choose the warehouse or channel where the card is held.
- 2Select Add Card and search by card name. Narrow the results by set before choosing a printing.
- 3Choose the condition, finish, language, quantity, and warehouse.
- 4Use the suggested automatic price or enter a manual price and lock it when the price must not change automatically.
- 5Save, then search the inventory list for the card to verify the exact version and quantity.
Correct quantity, condition, or priceEdit the existing inventory row instead of adding a second copy of the wrong version.
- 1Use card, set, printing, rarity, condition, and channel filters to find the inventory row.
- 2Open the card to see its printings and conditions together.
- 3Edit the affected row. Correct quantity or sell price, and decide whether automatic pricing should remain enabled.
- 4If the card was entered under the wrong printing or condition, remove the incorrect row only after the correct row has been added and checked.
Add a store-specific card or imageUse this only when the shared card catalog does not contain the item you need.
- 1Search the catalog carefully by name and set first.
- 2If it is genuinely absent, use Add Card Manually and enter the customer-facing card details.
- 3If only the image needs changing for your store, use the store image option on the card. This does not replace the shared catalog image.
- 4Recheck the storefront and POS result after saving.
How this area works
Reference information for the choices on this page.
Important fields
- Game, set, printing, and condition determine the exact card variant.
- Warehouse controls where the card can be sold from.
- Sell price controls POS and storefront sale price unless the price is automatically updated later.
- Manual price lock prevents automatic pricing from overwriting a price.
Daily workflow
- Use search or scan workflows to find the card.
- Add quantity as cards enter inventory.
- Adjust condition carefully because condition affects pricing and customer expectations.
- Review unpriced or unavailable cards before offering them online.
Actions on the TCG Singles page
- Use the game cards to open a specific TCG inventory area, such as Magic, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or a custom game you added.
- Use Reorder and Done Reorder to change how TCG categories appear to staff.
- Use Add Custom TCG when the store carries a game that is not in the default list. Enter a short code and a staff-friendly display name.
- Use Edit Category on a custom TCG to update its display name, color, or icon.
- Use Show/Hide empty TCGs to keep the page focused on games with inventory.
- Use Delete only for custom TCGs you no longer need, and export or verify inventory first when the dashboard prompts you.
Actions after choosing a TCG
- Choose All Channels to review that TCG across warehouses and connected sales channels, or choose a specific warehouse/channel to work in one inventory pool.
- Use Export CSV to download the current filtered card inventory.
- Use Add Card when you are inside a specific warehouse/channel. Known TCGs use catalog search; custom TCGs use a manual card form.
- Use search and filters for set, condition, printing, rarity, warehouse/channel, and manual pricing to narrow the card list.
- Open a card row to see printings and conditions grouped together.
- Use Add Stock to add a printing/condition/quantity/sell price combination to the selected warehouse.
- Use Auto Price in the add/edit flow when the price should come from pricing rules, or turn it off when entering a manual sell price.
- Use inline edit to change quantity, sell price, and manual pricing lock. Use Delete from the edit state when the inventory row should be removed.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
The card is not appearing online
Check available quantity, sell price, warehouse online eligibility, and whether the card is hidden or unavailable.
The wrong version of a card was added
Open the inventory detail and verify set, printing, language, and condition. Correct the entry before selling it.
