TCG Singles
Add stock, change a quantity, or set a manual price
Add more copies to a card, correct a condition’s total quantity, or enter a manual selling price.
Before you start
- Dashboard → Inventory → TCG Singles
- Adding stock requires permission to create inventory. Editing an existing row requires permission to update inventory.
What success looks like
- The row shows the saved quantity, price, and automatic-pricing setting.
Quick start
Choose the task you need. Each task has its own steps.
Change a quantity or price
- 1Open TCG Singles, choose a game and a specific warehouse, then open the card and find its stock rows.
- 2Click the condition row to open its editor. Enter the final Quantity, including copies already held. For example, change 3 to 5 when adding two copies.
- 3Leave Price unchanged for a quantity-only correction. Change Price to set a manual selling price. Click Save, or Cancel to discard the unsaved edit.
- 4Check the saved quantity and price. A changed price enables Manual Pricing; a quantity-only change keeps its existing setting. Zero retains the stored entry but hides it from the in-stock list.
Add a new condition or printing
- 1Open the card in the relevant warehouse and check its existing printing and condition rows. Use this task only for a printing or condition that has no row yet.
- 2Click Add Stock. Choose Printing and Condition, enter Quantity and Sell Price. If Auto is shown for a catalog card, it can suggest a price; manually entered cards need a price entered by you.
- 3Click Add and check the new row. If the row already exists, use Change a quantity or price instead of trying to create it again.
How this area works
Reference information for the choices on this page.
Fields and options
- Add Stock Quantity: Enter a whole number for the starting quantity of a new condition or printing row, at least one. Use the existing row editor if that row is already present.
- Edit Quantity: The final quantity the row should contain. Zero retains the stored entry but hides it from the in-stock list.
- Manual price: A manually priced item is excluded from normal automatic repricing until you remove its pricing lock.
Important details
- Zero-quantity entries are hidden from this inventory list. If you need to restore stock to an entry you cannot find, contact support before creating another manual card.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
The stock row already exists
Open that condition row and enter its final quantity. Check the current total before making another change.
A price no longer updates automatically
Check Manual Pricing. A custom card without catalog pricing still needs a price entered by you.
