TCG Singles

Delete a single inventory entry

Delete a specific printing and condition row from a warehouse’s inventory.

Before you start

  • Dashboard → Inventory → TCG Singles
  • Your account needs inventory view, update, and delete permissions to open the row editor and delete an entry.

What success looks like

  • The selected stock row is removed from that warehouse’s inventory.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Open TCG Singles, select the game and a specific warehouse, then open the card.
  2. 2Find the printing and condition row. Click the row to open its editor, then click Delete.
  3. 3In Delete Inventory Item, check the card, condition, warehouse, printing, and quantity. Click Cancel to keep the entry, or Delete to remove all copies in that row.
  4. 4Wait for the request and list refresh to finish. Check the remaining rows. If a message asks you to Check inventory or Refresh inventory, use that action before trying to delete anything again.
  5. 5To review the removal later, open Inventory Tools, choose Activity, search for the card under Item or order, select Inventory removed under Action, and click Apply filters. Check the staff member and before-and-after quantities.

How this area works

Reference information for the choices on this page.

Important details
  • To reduce the number of copies instead, edit the row’s Quantity. Setting it to zero retains the entry but hides it from the in-stock list; deleting removes the entire selected entry. Other conditions and warehouses are separate.
  • Inventory Activity requires inventory activity permission. A removal record stays available after the entry is deleted.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

Delete is missing

You need inventory view and update permissions to open the row editor, and delete permission to see Delete. Ask the store owner to review your role.

The deletion could not be confirmed

Keep the confirmation open and choose Check inventory. If the entry still exists, review its current quantity and warehouse before choosing Delete again. If it is gone, the list refreshes without another deletion. A failed check does not mean the entry is still there; check again before acting.

The entry was removed but the list did not refresh

Choose Refresh inventory. This reloads the list without deleting again.

Another entry is still visible

Check the warehouse, printing, and condition. The action removes only the selected inventory entry, not every copy of the card across your store.
