Common tasks
Open only the task you need.
Connect a marketplaceThe connection authorizes MintLGS; warehouse assignment decides what inventory is listed.
- 1Open Available Marketplaces and choose Connect for the service.
- 2Complete the marketplace sign-in and permission screens using the seller account you intend to operate.
- 3Return to MintLGS and confirm the connection is active.
- 4Open Warehouses and assign the warehouse whose eligible singles should be listed on that marketplace.
- 5Return to Marketplace Activity and watch the first sync for warnings or items needing review.
Review a sync problemActivity explains what MintLGS attempted and which listings need attention.
- 1Open the Activity tab and start with Alerts.
- 2Open the affected connection and sync record to see the inventory changes and verification result.
- 3Download the affected-listings CSV when many items share the same issue.
- 4Correct ownership problems in Warehouses, inventory details in TCG Singles, or shipping rules in Orders settings.
- 5Use Test connection or Sync now only after correcting the cause, then dismiss the alert only after the next result is clean.
Bring existing marketplace inventory under managementUse this one-time action when a connected provider offers existing-listing import, such as eBay seller onboarding.
- 1Open the connected marketplace settings and choose Bring existing inventory into MintLGS when that action is available.
- 2Review the preview and unresolved matches before accepting anything.
- 3Resolve uncertain cards rather than forcing a match.
- 4After import, assign the correct warehouse and confirm matched quantities in Marketplace Activity and TCG Singles.
Disconnect without leaving marketplace callbacks activeUse the MintLGS disconnect flow instead of only removing permissions on the marketplace website.
- 1Pause new marketplace activity during a quiet period and review open marketplace orders first.
- 2Open the connection settings and choose Disconnect.
- 3Confirm the warning so MintLGS removes its marketplace notification registration and disables background sync for that connection.
- 4Verify the marketplace shows as available to connect and no new sync attempts appear in Activity.
How this area works
Reference information for the choices on this page.
Before enabling sync
- Confirm the channel is connected to the correct marketplace account.
- Confirm the right warehouses are enabled.
- Check inventory quantities for high-value or fast-moving items.
After enabling sync
- Watch for imported orders.
- Review sync warnings or failures.
- Resolve oversell alerts before continuing normal fulfillment.
Where marketplace work belongs
- Connections is for connecting, checking, configuring, or disconnecting a marketplace account.
- Warehouses controls which inventory MintLGS lists. Eligible singles from an assigned warehouse are managed automatically rather than one listing at a time.
- Orders is where staff fulfill, ship, refund, and review marketplace orders.
- Order Settings is where shipping and fulfillment choices are managed.
- Activity shows sync history, alerts, quantity differences, and oversell risk.
- Existing inventory import is a one-time onboarding tool for providers that support it, such as bringing an established eBay seller under management.
- Sync now is a recovery or verification action; normal inventory and order synchronization should run automatically.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
Inventory is not syncing
Check account connection, warehouse eligibility, item quantity, pricing, and whether the item has required marketplace identifiers.
Oversell alert appears
Stop and review the affected item before fulfilling more orders. Confirm POS, storefront, and marketplace quantities are aligned.
