Marketplaces

Resolve a listing quantity or missing-listing issue

Use the Marketplace Review Queue to decide whether to use the marketplace quantity or recreate an eligible listing from local inventory. Review each choice before submitting it.

Before you start

  • Marketplaces → Activity → alert → Review listings
  • You need marketplace view permission. Connecting accounts, changing settings, disconnecting accounts, and starting syncs each require the relevant marketplace permission.

What success looks like

  • MintLGS submits your choices. Subsequent activity shows whether the quantity updates or listing recreation succeeded.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Open the alert and click its Review button, which shows the number of listings.
  2. 2For each row, compare Card, Set, Condition, Local Qty, marketplace Qty, Why Review, and Local Price.
  3. 3Choose Use marketplace qty or Recreate listing where available.
  4. 4To fill several choices, use Use Marketplace for All or Recreate Eligible. Recreate Eligible chooses recreation only for allowed rows and uses the alternative for blocked rows, so review every selection.
  5. 5Read the explanation for any unavailable recreation action. Every row needs a valid choice.
  6. 6Click Submit Resolutions and wait for the result. Click Cancel if you want to leave without submitting.
  7. 7Check the next sync result and compare the affected quantities in MintLGS and the marketplace.
