Marketplaces

Run a marketplace sync and review the results

Start a sync, then open its saved snapshot to see changes, skipped items, and verification results. A message saying the sync started does not mean it has finished.

Before you start

  • Marketplaces → Connections → Sync now; Marketplaces → Activity → Sync History & Snapshots
  • You need marketplace sync permission to start a sync.

What success looks like

  • The snapshot shows what the sync changed and which items or checks still need attention.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Click Sync now on the connection you want to update.
  2. 2Open Activity and expand that connection under Sync History & Snapshots.
  3. 3Select the relevant entry in Recent Syncs and check its status: pending, verified, failed verification, rolled back, or expired.
  4. 4In Snapshot Details, review the counts and Sync Issues. Use the card, set, collector number, and condition to identify each affected item.
  5. 5Review Verification Detail and Inventory Changes, including Direction, Change, Reason, Qty Change, and Price Change.
  6. 6Download Local Inventory CSV or Marketplace Pre-Sync CSV when available to compare the inventory captured before the sync.
  7. 7If verification or rollback failed, keep the snapshot details and check the current inventory before starting another sync.

How this area works

Reference information for the choices on this page.

Important details
  • Sync started means the request was accepted. Check the completed result to see whether listings actually updated.
  • Rolled Back confirms that the reversal completed. If it says Rollback Failed, check the current inventory to see which changes remain.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

Items were skipped or not listed

Open Sync Issues for the reason each item was excluded. Skipped items were not successfully synchronized.

The snapshot has expired

Some details or downloads may no longer be retained. Include the connection, sync time, and visible status if you contact support.
