Use Testimonials to manage customer quotes or reviews that can appear on storefront pages.

Before you start

  • Get permission to use customer quotes publicly.
  • Prepare short quotes that make sense without extra context.

  1. 1Open Content > Testimonials.
  2. 2Add a new testimonial or edit an existing one.
  3. 3Enter the customer display name, quote, and optional role, rating, or image.
  4. 4Save the testimonial.
  5. 5Use page or storefront settings to display testimonials where supported.

Publish a testimonialUse a customer quote only when the store has permission to display it.

Change which testimonials shoppers seeVisibility and order can be changed without deleting past content.
  1. 1Use the active control to hide a quote temporarily.
  2. 2Use the reorder control to change the sequence of active testimonials.
  3. 3Edit a quote only when the approved wording or attribution has changed.
  4. 4Delete it when permission was withdrawn or it should never be used again.

Actions on the Testimonials page
  • Use Add Testimonial to create a quote with quote text, author name, optional role or title, optional image, and optional rating.
  • Use Edit to correct wording, author details, image, or rating.
  • Use active/inactive toggles to control whether a testimonial is available to customer-facing pages.
  • Use reorder controls to change display order.
  • Use Delete only when the quote should no longer be used anywhere on the storefront.
