Testimonials

Create or edit a testimonial

Add a quote and its author, then optionally include a photo, title, or rating. A published page needs a Testimonials section before the quote can appear on your storefront.

Before you start

  • Content → Testimonials
  • You need View permission for Branding, Navigation & Testimonials. Changes require Edit permission.

What success looks like

  • The saved quote is available to Testimonials sections when Show on storefront is enabled.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Click Add Testimonial, or open an existing testimonial to edit it.
  2. 2Enter Quote and Author Name. Both fields are required.
  3. 3Optionally add Role / Title and a Photo. You can upload the photo or enter its image URL.
  4. 4Select a Rating, or click Clear to remove the rating.
  5. 5Set Show on storefront, then click Add Testimonial or Update Testimonial.
  6. 6Open a published storefront page with a Testimonials section and check the quote.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

The quote is not displayed

Check Show on storefront and make sure a published page contains a Testimonials section. That section’s count setting may limit how many quotes appear.

The photo is missing

Check that the upload completed or that the image URL opens publicly, then save the testimonial again.
