Use Reports
Use Reports to review store performance, sales history, buylist activity, customer activity, and exports.
Before you start
- Choose the date range you want to review.
- Know whether you are looking for overview, sales, singles, inventory, buylist, customer, or event information.
What success looks like
- Reports reflect selected dates and filters.
- Exports download usable files when export is available.
- Totals match completed transactions for the selected scope.

Common tasks
Open only the task you need.
Answer a sales questionStart with the business question, then set the same filters across charts and tables.
- 1Choose the date range and comparison period.
- 2Choose the channel, warehouse, and merchandise type. Use Products or TCG Singles when you do not want them combined.
- 3Choose day, week, or month grouping that fits the selected period.
- 4Read the sales trend first, then use channel contribution and the detail table to explain the change.
- 5Export only after the on-screen result matches the question you intended to answer.
Analyze singles by price and setTCG Singles reporting shows which games, price bands, sets, and cards are actually producing sales.
- 1Open TCG Singles and choose a game, or keep All Games for comparison.
- 2Use price band, set, condition, and finish filters to narrow the question.
- 3Switch the sales-mix chart between Sales and Units. Select a price band to focus the other sections.
- 4Sort Sets driving singles sales by sales, units, velocity, or percentage change.
- 5Use the matching price-band, set, or card-detail CSV when deeper review is needed.
Review buylist, customer, inventory, or event activityEach operational tab answers a different store question and uses the shared date range where that range applies.
- 1Use Inventory for the current singles retail-value and units-on-hand snapshot by game.
- 2Use Buylist for submissions, approved value, payout preference, game, and condition activity.
- 3Use Customers for identified sales, store credit owed, and top-customer activity.
- 4Use Events for registrations, attendance, capacity, ticket value, and performance by event type or game.
- 5Confirm the tab and filters before comparing totals or exporting a report.
Export a useful CSVExports are designed for store operations and avoid internal record codes.
- 1Set the report tab, filters, date range, and grouping first.
- 2Choose the export that matches the visible analysis rather than exporting everything.
- 3Open the file and verify dates, store-facing item names, quantities, channels, and totals.
- 4If the file is empty or unexpected, return to the report and remove filters one at a time.

- Buylist payout review.
- Inventory and revenue export workflows.
Reading report totals
- Always confirm date range and timezone assumptions.
- Compare detail rows against the total when investigating a discrepancy.
- Exports are useful when accountants or owners need offline review.
Actions on the Reports page
- Use Overview for sales, orders, average order value, sales trends, and channel contribution.
- Use Sales, TCG Singles, Inventory, Buylist, Customers, and Events for focused dashboard-style analysis without building a custom export.
- Use date presets such as Today, Last 7 Days, This Month, Last 3 Months, Year to Date, Last 12 Months, or Custom Range.
- Use warehouse and grouping filters on sales views when you need location-specific performance.
- Use Create Report to build a CSV for Sales Summary, Sales by TCG, TCG Sales by Price Bracket, Product Sales Detail, Transactions List, Buylist Summary, or Events Report.
- Use report filters for TCG, event type, channel, warehouse, customer, transaction type, transaction status, and selected columns when available for that report type.
- Use View Transactions from the report modal when you want to inspect matching transactions before exporting.
- Use Export CSV from transaction details when the filtered transaction list is the record you need.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
Totals look wrong
Check date range, payment status, refunds, canceled orders, and whether POS and online orders are both included in the selected report.
An export is missing data
Review filters before exporting. Some exports only include the currently selected scope.
