Reports

View inventory, buylist, customer, and event reports

Each Reports tab answers a different question about the records in MintLGS. Use the tabs to view stock, buylist activity, customer spending, or event attendance.

Before you start

  • Dashboard → Sales → Reports
  • You need reports view permission to open Reports. Creating or downloading report files also requires reports export permission.

What success looks like

  • You can review each type of activity in its own tab and download the available buylist or event report.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Select Inventory to view current TCG singles quantities, retail value, and stock by game. These figures describe current singles inventory. Use Inventory Tools → Export if you need a product inventory file.
  2. 2Select Buylist to view Pending, Ready to Stock, Completed, and Rejected submissions. The tab also shows Buylist Activity by TCG, Recorded Payments, and Approved Items by Condition.
  3. 3Select Customers to view Top 20 Customers by Spend, including transaction counts, total spent, store credit, customer-since dates, and last purchases.
  4. 4Select Events to view results by event type and game, including event counts, registrations, check-ins, and ticket value.
  5. 5To download buylist or event information, click Create Report, select Buylist Summary or Events Report, and choose the filters and columns you need.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

Approved buylist amounts do not match recorded payments

Check the submission statuses and compare the same stage of the buylist process. Offered, approved, and paid amounts can differ.

Event ticket value does not match payments collected

Open the event and review its registrations and payment statuses. Ticket value and estimated revenue do not confirm that each attendee has paid.
