Marketplaces

Turn marketplace automation on or off

Choose whether MintLGS updates inventory quantities and prices, imports orders, and runs routine reconciliation for a connection. You can pause automation while keeping the account connected.

Before you start

  • Marketplaces → Connections → Settings → Automation
  • You need marketplace update permission.

What success looks like

  • The connection shows which automatic activities are enabled and whether automation is running or paused.

Quick start

Choose the task you need. Each task has its own steps.

Enable or update eBay automation

  1. 1Open the connection’s Automation tab and check its warehouse assignment and setup status.
  2. 2Select the activities to enable: Inventory quantities, Prices, Orders, and Automatic reconciliation.
  3. 3For eBay, resolve the listed setup requirements and assign a warehouse, then turn eBay automation on.
  4. 4If eBay automation is already on, change the activity selections and click Save automation.

Pause eBay automation

  1. 1To pause it, turn eBay automation off. The seller stays connected, while the listing changes and order imports described by the control stop.
  2. 2Check that the saved settings are correct, then review Activity for subsequent updates.

Change automation for another marketplace

  1. 1For another provider, use its Active/Inactive control and save the available automation settings.
  2. 2Check that the saved settings are correct, then review Activity for subsequent updates.

Fields and options
  • Inventory quantities: Updates marketplace availability from the assigned warehouse.
  • Prices: Sends price changes using the connection’s pricing rules.
  • Orders: Imports marketplace orders into MintLGS Orders.
  • Automatic reconciliation: Checks inventory routinely without requiring you to start each sync manually.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

Automation is temporarily unavailable

Read the availability notice. Contact support with the connection name and readiness message if you need help.

The automation controls are disabled

Check your permissions, warehouse assignment, and setup requirements. Wait if readiness is still loading, and follow any displayed setup or loading-error guidance.
