Warehouses

Set warehouse channels and marketplace assignments

A whole warehouse: use Sales Channels → Online Store to show or hide its singles and products that inherit the warehouse setting. Turn Online Store on to show eligible stock or off to hide it, then save. Products with Online Sales explicitly Enabled can still appear. Stock in other online warehouses can also remain visible. Leave POS enabled to keep selling in person.

Before you start

  • Dashboard → Inventory → Warehouses
  • Your account needs permission to view warehouses. Creating, editing, and deleting locations require the corresponding warehouse permissions.

What success looks like

  • The location shows its saved sales-channel settings and assigned marketplace connections.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Create the warehouse first if it does not exist yet. Open the saved warehouse and select Sales Channels.
  2. 2Set POS / In-Store Sales and Online Store for the location’s inventory. To hide that location online, turn off Online Store and leave POS / In-Store Sales unchanged. This applies to all singles there; products with an explicit Online Sales override do not follow the default.
  3. 3If you are only changing website visibility, leave marketplace assignments unchanged. Otherwise select the marketplace connections to assign and check any labels showing an inactive connection or one assigned elsewhere.
  4. 4Review the selected channels and marketplace assignments before saving.
  5. 5Click Save Changes, then reopen the warehouse to confirm its assignments.
  6. 6If you changed marketplace assignments, open Marketplaces to check the connection’s setup and listing status. Assigning it to a warehouse does not complete provider setup.

Important details
  • Product and variant channel overrides can differ from the warehouse default.
  • An inactive marketplace connection can be assigned before activation; assignment alone does not activate it.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

Can I hide just a few singles?

TCG singles follow their warehouse’s Online Store setting; there is no individual or bulk Online switch on the singles list. A warehouse change affects all singles there. Do not delete stock or enter false quantities or prices just to hide cards.

Does turning off storefront sales hide inventory?

No. Orders → Order Settings → Allow storefront sales stops purchases while keeping inventory visible. Use sales channels to change online inventory visibility.

The connection belongs to another warehouse

Review its existing assignment before changing the location used by that connection.

A product does not follow the location setting

Open the product or option and check whether POS Sales or Online Sales overrides inheritance.
