Control where a product can be sold

One product or option, including sealed products: Sales Channels lets you override Online Sales for that stock. Choose Enabled to show eligible stock online or Disabled to hide it. Choose Inherit from warehouse to use its setting; leave POS Sales unchanged to keep selling in person. This control is for products, not TCG singles.

Before you start

  • Dashboard → Inventory → Products
  • Your account needs permission to view products. Creating, updating, and deleting them require the corresponding product permissions.

What success looks like

  • The product’s POS and Online indicators show the saved availability settings, including differences between options.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Open the product in the relevant warehouse and select Sales Channels.
  2. 2For POS Sales and Online Sales, choose Inherit from warehouse, Enabled, or Disabled.
  3. 3For variable products, expand each option and check its separate POS Sales and Online Sales settings.
  4. 4Click Update. Check the POS and Online indicators in the list. A mixed indicator means the options have different settings.
  5. 5If you selected inheritance, open Warehouses → the location → Sales Channels to check the defaults the product will use.

Fields and options
  • Inherit from warehouse: Uses the warehouse’s sales-channel setting instead of a product-level override.
  • Enabled / Disabled: Sets availability for this item instead of using the warehouse default.

Enabled online but still not purchasable

Also check stock, Unlimited Stock, the release date, and presale settings. Channel availability is only one part of product availability.

The row says mixed

Expand each option and check its POS and Online settings.
