Marketplaces
Investigate an oversold marketplace item
An oversell alert identifies a marketplace sale with insufficient stock in MintLGS. Check the item, order, and connection before making a correction.
Before you start
- Dashboard → Oversell Alert → Go to Marketplaces → Activity
- You need marketplace view permission. Connecting accounts, changing settings, disconnecting accounts, and starting syncs each require the relevant marketplace permission.
What success looks like
- You can identify the shortage and the records involved. Any stock or order correction is handled separately from dismissing the alert.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1From the Oversell Alert, click Go to Marketplaces, then open Activity. Read the oversell message for the card, set, condition, warehouse, marketplace, and units short.
- 2Open TCG Singles and check the matching card’s stock in the warehouse named in the alert. Fix inventory on Dashboard also opens TCG Singles.
- 3Open the related order in Orders and check its fulfillment status.
- 4In Marketplaces → Activity, check for related connection activity or listing discrepancies.
- 5Make any needed correction on the relevant inventory, order, or marketplace page. Check that the change was saved.
- 6After reviewing the issue, you can dismiss the alert. Dismissal marks it as reviewed but does not add stock, cancel the order, or issue a refund.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
The order is still short after I dismissed the alert
Open the affected inventory and order again. Dismissing the message does not change either record.
