Complete eBay seller setup in MintLGS
Confirm that the correct eBay seller is connected, choose its account defaults, and resolve any setup requirements reported by MintLGS.
Before you start
- Marketplaces → Connections → eBay Settings → Account setup
- You need marketplace update permission.
What success looks like
- Your account defaults are saved, and the refreshed status shows any remaining requirements.
Quick start
Choose the task you need. Each task has its own steps.
Complete seller account setup
- 1Open eBay Settings for the seller account you want to use.
- 2On Overview, confirm the Connected seller. Click Review setup items to see what still needs attention.
- 3In Account setup, select Payment policy, Return policy, and Inventory location from the options available for that seller.
- 4Click Open shipping options to manage shipping policies in Orders.
- 5If Business Policies offers Enable through MintLGS, read the confirmation and check the connected seller before enabling it. This enables the prerequisite; it does not create a listing.
- 6Click Save account defaults, then Refresh account status.
Reconnect the seller account
- 1If the seller is wrong or authorization has expired, click Reconnect seller and complete eBay’s authorization process.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
A policy or location is missing
Complete the required setup in the connected eBay account, then click Refresh account status. MintLGS can list only the options returned by that seller account.
The connection still says Setup required
Read each requirement and complete the requested setup for the connected seller account.
