Review eBay shipping policies and matching rules
Review the connected eBay account’s shipping policies and the matching rules used for listings. Editing these settings in MintLGS is not currently available for live eBay accounts.
Before you start
- Orders → Order settings → Marketplace shipping → eBay shipping
- Your account needs settings permission and a connected eBay account. Live accounts can review this page, but cannot save shipping policies or matching-rule changes here. Manage your shipping policies in eBay; contact MintLGS support if a matching rule needs changing.
What success looks like
- You can review the shipping information MintLGS has for this seller. Refreshing does not create or change an eBay policy or update an existing listing.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open Marketplace shipping and choose Refresh from eBay to load the connected account’s shipping information.
- 2Review the shipping policies, their services, and costs. To change a policy, open the connected seller account in eBay and edit its shipping business policies there.
- 3Check Default policy and the matching rules. An enabled rule uses its price range, TCGs, Conditions, and Priority to choose a policy; lower priority numbers appear first.
- 4Review any shipping-cost override and Default package. Package weight uses ounces and dimensions use inches.
- 5After changing a policy in eBay, return here and choose Refresh from eBay. If the required policy or matching rule is still wrong, contact MintLGS support before relying on it for listings.

I cannot save shipping changes here
Saving shipping policies and matching rules in MintLGS is not currently available for live eBay accounts. Edit the seller’s policies in eBay, then refresh this page. Contact MintLGS support for matching-rule changes.
A listing uses the default policy
Check whether an enabled rule matches the listing’s price, game, and condition, then check the order of matching rules by priority.
The connection is not available here
Connect the eBay seller and complete its account setup in Marketplaces first.
