Import existing marketplace inventory into MintLGS
If your connection offers inventory import, you can bring existing marketplace listings into MintLGS. Review the import results and any unmatched listings before running it again.
Before you start
- Marketplaces → Connections → Settings → Overview
- You need marketplace view permission. Connecting accounts, changing settings, disconnecting accounts, and starting syncs each require the relevant marketplace permission.
What success looks like
- The import reports what it processed. Successfully imported inventory appears in the relevant warehouse.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open the connection and confirm the provider account.
- 2Under Bring existing inventory into MintLGS, click Import existing inventory if it is available.
- 3Read the confirmation, start the import, and wait for the result.
- 4Open Activity to review the import’s sync snapshot and issues. Check the affected warehouse inventory as well.
- 5Resolve reported matching problems or warnings before starting another import.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
There is no import button
Import availability depends on the provider and your permissions. Use the actions offered for that connection.
Some listings did not become inventory
Open Sync Issues and the affected-listings CSV if available. Listings without a supported card or product match may need review.
