Disconnect a marketplace account
Remove a marketplace connection from MintLGS. Existing listings remain on the marketplace, so review them there after disconnecting.
Before you start
- Marketplaces → Connections → Settings → Overview
- You need marketplace delete permission.
What success looks like
- MintLGS no longer syncs that account. Its existing marketplace listings remain available for you to manage on the marketplace.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open the connection and confirm the provider and seller account.
- 2Click Disconnect marketplace.
- 3Read the confirmation. MintLGS stops syncing, removes its webhook access, and removes warehouse assignments. Existing marketplace listings remain live.
- 4Confirm if you intend to disconnect. Manage any remaining listings directly on the marketplace.
- 5Check that the connection and its warehouse assignments have been removed from MintLGS.
Troubleshooting

The listings are still live
Disconnecting does not end listings. Open the marketplace account to manage or end them.
I meant to pause updates
Use the automation controls when you want to keep the connection but stop automatic activity. If you already disconnected, reconnect and complete the warehouse assignment and setup again.
