TCG Singles

Add a card from the catalog

Add a single to your inventory: choose its catalog printing, language and condition, then enter its warehouse stock.

Before you start

  • Dashboard → Inventory → TCG Singles
  • Your account needs permission to create inventory. Select a specific warehouse before adding stock.

What success looks like

  • The selected card and condition appear in the warehouse, with the submitted quantity added at the chosen price.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Open the game and warehouse in TCG Singles, then choose Add Card.
  2. 2Search Card name. To narrow the match, search Set by name or code and enter Card number, including any letter prefix.
  3. 3Open More filters for Rarity, Language, and Finish. Clear filters removes these restrictions when the expected printing is not shown.
  4. 4Select the matching catalog card. Use Change if the preview is the wrong card.
  5. 5Choose Finish, Language, and Condition from the options available for that card. Enter Quantity and review Sell Price.
  6. 6Choose Add Card and wait for the dialog to finish. Open the card in the inventory list and check the condition quantity in that warehouse.

How this area works

Reference information for the choices on this page.

Fields and options
  • Card number: The collector number printed on the card, such as 0293, 293/281, or TG01.
  • Quantity: The number of copies being added, rather than the final total already held.
  • Sell Price: The price per copy. Review the suggested value before submitting.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

The set or finish is not listed

Clear filters and check the game, set code, collector number, and language. If the card is still absent, use Add a card that is not in the catalog.

The action reports an error

Keep the error message and check whether the inventory row was created before submitting the same quantity again.
