TCG Singles
Add a card that is not in the catalog
Add a card missing from the catalog to your store, with its starting quantity and selling price.
Before you start
- Dashboard → Inventory → TCG Singles
- Your account needs permission to create inventory. Open Add Card from a selected game and warehouse.
What success looks like
- The new card appears in your store’s inventory with the details and starting stock you entered.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open TCG Singles, choose the game, and select a warehouse. If the game has no stock yet, expand the games with no inventory first.
- 2Click Add Card and search by name, set, and collector number. Clear restrictive filters before deciding that the card is missing, then choose Add a card that is not in the catalog.
- 3Enter Card Name. Add an image and the set, collector number, rarity, printing, and language if needed. For an unlisted rarity, choose Other and enter its name.
- 4Choose Condition and enter the starting Quantity and Sell Price per copy. Quantity must be a whole number of at least one.
- 5Click Add Card and wait for the save to finish. Keep this form open if it reports an error; follow its recovery message before starting another entry.
- 6Find the saved card in the selected game and warehouse. Open it and check the condition, quantity, price, and any image you uploaded.

Important details
- Manually entered cards may lack catalog pricing or marketplace identifiers. Automatic prices and marketplace matching may therefore be unavailable.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
The save could not be confirmed
Keep the same form open and choose Try again. This retries the same card creation. If it asks you to check inventory, do that before making another change. Closing the form and starting a new entry can create another card.
The card saved but the image failed
The card and starting stock are already saved. Choose Done and open the saved card to check its image, or use Retry image after checking the message. Do not add the card again.
The card saved but the list did not refresh
Choose Refresh inventory to reload the list. This does not add more copies.
I chose the wrong game
Check the saved entry before starting again. Remove the incorrect stock entry if appropriate, then add the card in the correct game.
