TCG Singles
Change a card image or print single labels
Choose a task: change your store image, remove it, or print labels for a card’s stock.
Before you start
- Dashboard → Inventory → TCG Singles
- Viewing the card and printing labels require inventory view permission. Uploading, replacing, or removing a store image also requires inventory create permission.
What success looks like
- Check your chosen task: the card shows the intended image, or your labels PDF has downloaded. Reading these steps does not make a change for you.
Quick start
Choose the task you need. Each task has its own steps.
Change a store image
- 1Open TCG Singles, select the game and warehouse, then open the card.
- 2Click Upload your own image or Replace your image. Choose a JPEG, PNG, or WebP image from your device.
- 3Wait for the upload and image refresh to finish. If a message asks you to Check image, use that action before trying another change.
- 4Check the image in the card details. Your uploaded image is used by your store; it does not replace the shared catalog artwork or change stock quantities.
Remove a store image
- 1Open the card in TCG Singles. Remove your image appears only when your store has its own image for that card.
- 2Click Remove your image and wait for the image to refresh. If a message asks you to Check image, use that action before trying again.
- 3Check the result. A catalog card returns to its catalog artwork when available. A manual card without another image shows a placeholder.
Print labels
- 1Open the card in TCG Singles and click Print labels.
- 2Click Add beside each stock entry you want to label. Check the printing and condition, then set Copies for each selected entry.
- 3Choose Code format: a traditional barcode or QR code. Set Paper, label size, and Printer resolution to match your labels and printer. Check the preview if one is shown.
- 4Click Download labels PDF. Open the downloaded file and check its layout before printing. Print at actual size, with no fit-to-page scaling. Start with one label and check its alignment and scan before printing a larger batch.
- 5Click Back to single to return to the card. Printing labels does not change stock quantities.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
Image not uploaded
Choose a valid JPEG, PNG, or WebP image. Check the message, then select the corrected file using Upload your own image or Replace your image.
The image change could not be confirmed
Keep the card open and click Check image. This loads the current image without repeating the change. If the image is already correct, stop. Otherwise, choose Upload selected image if offered, select another file, or remove your image as needed. If the check fails, check again before changing anything.
The image changed but did not refresh
Click Check image to load the saved result. This refreshes the image without uploading or removing it again.
Image controls are missing
Changing or removing your store image requires permission to create inventory. Remove your image is only shown when your store has its own image. Ask the store owner to review your role if you need access.
The picture still looks wrong
View image and View catalog image open the catalog artwork, not an enlarged version of your store upload. For incorrect catalog artwork, open that viewer and use Report image problem.
The label layout is wrong
Check the code format, label measurements, paper size, printer resolution, and the print dialog’s scaling. Print at actual size. Correct any displayed layout warning before downloading again.
