TCG Singles

Find a single and choose its location

Find singles by game or warehouse. Search and filter by card details, show manually priced stock, or download matching inventory.

Before you start

  • Dashboard → Inventory → TCG Singles
  • Your account needs permission to view inventory. Adding, editing, and deleting stock require the corresponding inventory permissions. Managing game categories uses product permissions.

What success looks like

  • The list and download contain stock matching your game, location and filters. Searching and exporting do not change your stock.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Open TCG Singles and select a game. Its tile shows Unique Cards, Total Qty, and Total Value.
  2. 2Choose a warehouse, or select All Channels to view inventory across locations.
  3. 3Enter a name in Search cards. Use the available All Sets, All Printings, All Rarities, and All Conditions filters to narrow the results. In All Channels, use the location filter to view one warehouse. Use the back arrow to return to warehouse selection.
  4. 4Enable Manual Pricing to show only stock excluded from automatic price updates. Turn it off to include automatically priced stock again. Your other filters still apply.
  5. 5Use Previous and Next for more results. Open a card to inspect its printing and condition rows, then close it to return to the list.
  6. 6To save the current selection, click Export CSV. The download includes all matching pages for the selected game, warehouse and filters. Large downloads may be a ZIP containing CSV files. Open Inventory Tools for other export formats.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

A card is missing

Clear the search, reset the filters and turn off Manual Pricing. Check the game and warehouse, or try All Channels. This list shows your inventory; use Add Card to search the wider catalog.

The total differs between views

Compare the same warehouse and filters. Unique Cards counts distinct cards; Total Qty counts copies. A download includes every matching page, not just the page currently shown.

The download failed

Keep your filters selected and try Export CSV again. If it continues to fail, contact support with the game and filters you selected.
