TCG Singles
Find cards missing from your storefront
Troubleshoot singles not showing online: check the warehouse, available stock, selling price, and storefront filters.
Before you start
- Dashboard → Inventory → TCG Singles
- Viewing stock requires inventory access. Changing prices or quantities requires inventory update permission; changing sales channels requires warehouse update permission.
- These are checks you can make in your dashboard. Help has not inspected the missing cards.
What success looks like
- You can identify a stock, price, location, or filter issue and check whether the card appears after any correction you choose to make.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open TCG Singles, select the game, and find the card in its warehouse. Check the exact printing and condition. There must be stock available after reserved copies and stock in transfer are taken out. All Channels can help you find which location holds it.
- 2Open Warehouses, open that location, and select Sales Channels. Check Online Store. If this location should supply your storefront and the setting is off, enable it and click Save Changes. This affects the location’s inventory, not just one card.
- 3Return to the card in TCG Singles and check its selling price. A card needs a price greater than zero to appear online. Correct a missing or incorrect price using the row editor and Save. Setting a price manually also locks it against automatic pricing until you unlock it.
- 4Open your storefront’s Singles page. Clear search and filters, choose the correct game, and search for the card again. Check the set, printing, language, and condition before deciding it is absent.
- 5After a saved change, reload the storefront and check again. If the card is still missing, contact support with the card name, set, printing, condition, and warehouse. Do not delete and recreate stock just to make it appear.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
I turned storefront sales off
That setting stops new purchases while leaving inventory visible. Turning sales back on does not fix a missing card.
The card exists in the catalog but not my stock
The shared catalog is not your store’s stock. Only add copies you actually hold, after checking that they are not already recorded in another location.
The total is positive but no copies are available
Reserved copies and stock in transfer are not available for a new storefront sale. Review the associated orders or transfers; do not increase quantities simply to override a reservation.
