Orders
Enable storefront purchases, shipping, or pickup
Pause or enable all storefront purchases while keeping inventory visible for browsing. Configure shipping and pickup separately; POS sales remain available.
Before you start
- Orders → Order settings → Storefront orders
- Your account needs permission to update settings.
What success looks like
- The storefront uses your saved purchasing, shipping, and pickup settings.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open Order settings → Storefront orders.
- 2Set Allow storefront sales. When it is off, customers can still browse inventory, but cannot purchase through the storefront. POS and marketplace orders are unaffected.
- 3Select Offer Shipping, Offer In-Store Pickup, or both.
- 4If you offer pickup, enter the Pickup Instructions customers should see.
- 5Click Save and wait for confirmation.
- 6Check the storefront’s checkout options. When pickup is enabled, the Pickup Orders queue also appears in Orders.

How do I turn storefront sales back on?
Open Orders → Order settings → Storefront orders. Turn on Allow storefront sales, then click Save and wait for confirmation. Check the storefront. This restores the sales switch; stock, Online Sales settings, payment setup, and shipping or pickup availability still apply. POS and marketplace orders are unaffected.
Inventory is visible but cannot be purchased
Check Allow storefront sales along with product stock, release schedule, and Online Sales settings.
No shipping option appears at checkout
Enable Offer Shipping and configure an active shipping method under Storefront shipping.
