Match a deck list to available cards
Find available versions from a deck list, choose copies for your cart, or edit and clear the list.
Before you start
- Storefront → Deck List
- You can check a list without signing in. Online purchases must be enabled to add cards to the cart.
What success looks like
- Only the available versions and quantities you explicitly select are added to your cart. Editing or clearing the deck list does not submit, cancel, or refund an order.
Quick start
Choose the task you need. Each task has its own steps.
Match a list and choose copies
- 1Open Deck List on the store website, or visit its /deck-builder address. Select a Game and paste one card entry per line. Put the quantity before the full card name; use the shown [SET] card-number format when you want a specific printing.
- 2Open Starting match preferences if needed. Select at least one condition and one finish, then click Find cards.
- 3Check List checked for matched and unavailable cards. Read any line warnings and correct them if needed. Valid lines are still checked.
- 4Under Choose your copies, review each card’s Available versions. A card with only one available version is selected automatically. For cards with choices, choose a version or use the quantity controls to mix versions.
- 5For cards with many versions, use Search these versions, Condition, Finish, and Order by to narrow the list. Filters do not remove copies already selected. Use Show all versions or Clear version filters to see hidden selections.
- 6Check the selected quantities and Selected subtotal. Click Add cards to cart; the button shows the selected quantity. If available copies remain unselected, choose Keep choosing to review them or Add selected cards to add only your selection.
- 7In the cart, check the versions and quantities. Adding to the cart does not place an order or reserve stock.
Edit a checked list
- 1On Deck List, click Edit list if you are viewing matches. Your original text appears again.
- 2Change the list or starting preferences, then click Find cards. If you have not changed anything, the button says Update matches instead.
- 3Review the new matches and select the copies you want. Editing the list does not change items already in your cart.
Clear the deck list
- 1On Deck List, click Edit list if you are viewing matches. Use Clear only when you want to erase the pasted list and its matches.
- 2Click Clear. It clears the list immediately, without a confirmation. It does not clear your shopping cart.
- 3Paste a new list to start again. Keep your own copy of any list you want to reuse.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
A card is unavailable
Check the Game, full card name and any set or card-number details. Review available versions and preferences. An unavailable card is not automatically substituted.
Fewer copies are selected than requested
Compare selected quantities with unavailable and unselected copies. Choose versions for cards with multiple choices, or explicitly confirm adding only the selected cards.
The store could not check the list
Your pasted text remains. Try Find cards again after the temporary problem clears. Checking a list does not submit an order.
I edited my list and Update matches disappeared
Changing the text or starting preferences clears the old matches. Click Find cards to check the revised list.
Can Clear remove cards from my cart?
No. Clear on Deck List only erases the pasted list and its matches. Use the Cart page to change cart items.
