Remove a product from a warehouse and undo removal
Remove product inventory from one warehouse, or restore a recent removal when the undo action is available.
Before you start
- Dashboard → Inventory → Products
- Your account needs permission to delete products. Select a specific warehouse.
What success looks like
- The removed entries no longer appear in that warehouse. A successful undo restores them.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open the product type and select the warehouse. You cannot choose a single removal location from All Channels.
- 2Select the product rows to remove, or open an individual product.
- 3Click Remove from warehouse, review the selected items and location, and confirm.
- 4Check the updated warehouse list. If you removed the wrong items and Undo removal is available, click it and check that they return.

Remove from warehouse is unavailable
Select a specific warehouse and check that your account has product delete permission.
The product still appears in another location
Removal applies to the selected warehouse. The product can still exist in other locations.
