Print a product barcode label
Preview and print a label using the product’s saved barcode.
Before you start
- Dashboard → Inventory → Products
- Your account needs permission to view products. Creating, updating, and deleting them require the corresponding product permissions.

- The print window contains the product label shown in the preview.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open Products, choose the product type and a specific warehouse, then open the product.
- 2Choose Print Label and check the name, price, and barcode in the preview. It uses the saved product details. Unsaved edits and the option you have expanded do not change this label.
- 3Choose Print Label in the preview to open your browser’s print window. Check the printer, label paper size, and scaling before printing.
- 4Choose Close to return to the product editor.

Can I print a specific option?
This preview uses the product’s barcode. Expanding an option does not select its barcode for printing, and there is no option selector in the preview. To print a specific option, use Inventory Tools → Barcode Sheets → Products and add that exact option to Selected Labels.
Print Label is missing
Select a specific warehouse and make sure the product has a saved barcode. Your account also needs permission to update and delete products to use this control.
The print window does not open
Check whether your browser blocked the popup, then try Print Label again.
