Inventory Tools
Print a product barcode sheet or labels
Select products or options and arrange their barcode labels for printing.
Before you start
- Inventory Tools → Barcode Sheets → Products
- Your account needs permission to view products and imports. Creating a missing MintLGS label code also requires permission to create imports.
What success looks like
- The print preview shows the selected product barcodes in the order you arranged them.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Choose Products and search Available Products.
- 2Add the products or options to Selected Labels. If a row says MintLGS label code will be created, adding it creates that code for the selected item.
- 3Reorder selected labels using their drag handles; remove entries you do not want.
- 4Choose Print Sheet for a Letter sheet with 3.75 × 1.5 inch labels, or Print Labels for 2.25 × 1.25 inch label pages.
- 5Review the browser print preview, paper size, and scaling before printing.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
Save a PDF copy
Choose Save as PDF in the browser print dialog. Sheets are not saved in MintLGS. Keep the same paper size and scaling when you print that PDF later.
Products will not load
Click Try again in the error message. A failed read does not mean your products are missing. If you see a permission message, ask a store administrator to review your access.
A barcode is missing
Adding the item to Selected Labels creates its MintLGS label code when needed. If that fails, read the error and check the product or option in Products before trying again.
The wrong option is listed
Remove it and select the exact option; variants can have different barcodes.
