Inventory Tools

Export singles or products with filters

Download your singles or products with the format, locations and filters you choose.

Before you start

  • Inventory Tools → Export
  • You need permission to view inventory for singles exports, or permission to view products for product exports. Choosing warehouse filters also requires permission to view warehouses.

What success looks like

  • The file contains the rows supported by the selected format and filters. Inventory stays unchanged.

Quick start

Choose the task you need. Each task has its own steps.

Export singles

  1. 1Open Inventory Tools → Export. Under Update Card Inventory, choose MintLGS Format for a general singles export, or choose the format needed by your marketplace.
  2. 2In Export Card Inventory, choose TCG / Game, Warehouse / Location, Set, Condition and Printing as needed. Select a game before choosing its sets. Leave a filter at All to include its available values; remove selected chips to clear it.
  3. 3Click Export and wait for the download. If it fails, keep the window open, check the message and try again when ready. Downloading a file does not change your inventory.
  4. 4Open the CSV and check the names, conditions, quantities, prices and locations. A large export can be a ZIP containing several CSV files. Marketplace formats may omit cards without matching IDs; ManaPool Format includes only supported Magic singles.

Export products

  1. 1Open Inventory Tools → Export and click Export Products.
  2. 2Choose Product Type, Brand and Warehouse / Location as needed. Under Status, choose Active Only, All Products or Inactive Only. Active Only is selected when you open this window.
  3. 3Click Export and wait for the download. If it fails, the window keeps your choices so you can try again.
  4. 4Open the downloaded CSV, or the CSV files inside a ZIP. Check product names, options, stock, selling prices and warehouses. Different options or locations can have separate rows.

Check missing rows or the file format

  1. 1If rows seem missing, reopen the matching export and check the game, location, status and other filters. Clear any filters you do not need.
  2. 2For a complete general singles file, choose MintLGS Format. TCGPlayer Format, Card Trader Format and ManaPool Format include only rows with the matching IDs needed by that format.
  3. 3If you plan to import the file, read the destination import guide and review its mappings first. An inventory export is not the same as an import backup or a complete store backup.

How this area works

Reference information for the choices on this page.

Important details
  • Selected values within one filter are alternatives; different filter types narrow the result together.
  • Products default to Active Only. A product with no stock can still appear with zero stock when no warehouse is selected.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

The export is empty or incomplete

Check the filters and product status. For singles, also check the chosen format: marketplace formats can omit cards without matching IDs. Try MintLGS Format for a general inventory file.

I received a ZIP instead of a CSV

Open the ZIP to find its separate CSV files and manifest. Review all parts rather than assuming the first file is the full export.

The download failed

Keep the export window open and read the error. Your filters remain selected. Try again when ready; downloading does not change stock.

I cannot choose a warehouse

Ask your store owner to check your warehouse-view permission. Exporting singles and products uses separate inventory and product permissions.

There are several rows for one product

Check the option and warehouse columns. One product can have separate rows for its options or locations.
