Import products and correct the review rows
Upload product data, correct missing or mismatched details, and review stock and options before importing.
Before you start
- Inventory Tools → Import → Products
- Your account needs permission to create imports.
What success looks like
- The completion summary lists imported products, rows requiring correction, and recognized package details that did not create separate stock.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Select Products, download Example CSV if needed, and upload your file.
- 2Wait for analysis and product lookups to finish. Read the lookup notice and CSV formatting information. This review happens before inventory is imported.
- 3In Review Product Import, select Import all products into or Use warehouse assignments from CSV.
- 4Read Import summary and expand View what MintLGS found in this file when available. Rows needing attention appear in an editable table. Use its Show, Issue group, Find a row, and Rows per page controls to locate problems; a clean file may show only the summary.
- 5If the review table appears, correct the editable fields. Select Product Type before Category, using an existing value or a new value from the CSV when available.
- 6Check Barcode / UPC, SKU, Name, Price, Warehouse, and Stock. Review any option links and release or presale settings.
- 7Open View adjusted rows to check formatting corrections. Resolve Rows to fix and read the notes before confirming the products ready to import.
- 8Wait for Import complete. Review Records to correct and Package details recognized. Download failed rows for correction so you do not repeat successful stock changes.
- 9Open Products to check the saved entries. Use Start New Import when you are ready for another file.

Fields and options
- Stock: The reviewed quantity for the selected warehouse. Check the import’s proposed change before confirming.
- Primary / Secondary Images: Complete image web addresses. Enter one complete secondary-image address per line in the editor. Option images apply to the selected option.
- Variable Product / Main Product Name / Option Name: Describe a parent product and its selectable option. Saved Option Link identifies an existing option; remove it only when correcting an incorrect link.
- Low Stock Alert / Reorder Quantity / Inventory Notes: Inventory details supplied by the file, separate from the product description.
- Maximum per Online Order: The online per-product quantity cap.
- Schedule Release / Release Date / Show as Coming Soon At: Release times must include a time zone, for example 2026-08-01T10:00:00-05:00. Coming Soon must be before release.
- Different Option Release: Enables the option’s separate release and Coming Soon times.
- Presale Enabled / Presale Applies To: Choose the whole product or an option. A release date is required before enabling a presale.
- Presale Starts / Ends / Stock Available for Presale / Presale Price / Maximum per Customer: The presale window, quantity allowance, price, and customer limit. The start must precede the end and the applicable release.
- Hold Orders Until Release: Prevents the affected presale orders from being fulfilled before release.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
A row has an image address as its product name
Enter the correct product name in the review row. Check CSV formatting for misplaced quotes or values in the wrong columns.
Package details were recognized but not imported
Those records describe the contents of a package. The completion panel explains that they did not create separate products or change stock.
An option is matched to the wrong saved item
Review the Saved Option Link and the product/option names before confirming; use Remove saved option link when correcting that association.
