Inventory Tools

Import single inventory from a CSV

Upload a card inventory CSV, match its columns, choose how quantities should change, and review the analysis before importing.

Before you start

  • Inventory Tools → Import → Update Card Inventory
  • Your account needs permission to create imports. Viewing the warehouse list also requires permission to view warehouses.

What success looks like

  • History reports which rows succeeded, failed, or were skipped. Successfully imported rows update inventory using the quantity mode you selected.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Select Update Card Inventory under Import Type. Download Example CSV if you need a template, then click Select File or drop your CSV into the upload area.
  2. 2Check the detected format. If it is incorrect, click Not from this platform and map the columns yourself.
  3. 3Choose a Target Warehouse or Auto-detect from CSV. Check the preview: selecting a warehouse overrides location assignments from the file.
  4. 4Select a Quantity Mode. Set Quantity replaces existing counts, Add to Quantity increases them, and Subtract from Quantity decreases them.
  5. 5If Multiple quantity columns detected appears, choose Total Quantity or Add to Quantity so MintLGS uses the correct column.
  6. 6Open Map CSV Columns, check Sample Data, and read How these rows will be identified. Skip columns you do not want to use.
  7. 7Click Analyze. If the file has no supported card IDs, review the warning and choose Continue With Catalog Matching to use its card details, or Go Back to correct the file. Wait for the analysis, then review its summary, warehouse assignments, warnings, missing matches, and Rows That Need Review.
  8. 8Correct blocked rows or column mappings and click Re-analyze. Once the analysis allows it, start the import and wait for inventory processing and any automatic-pricing step to finish.
  9. 9Open History to check the final status and download rows that were not imported. Open an affected card in the destination warehouse to confirm its quantity.

How this area works

Reference information for the choices on this page.

Fields and options
  • Supported card IDs: TCGPlayer Product ID or SKU ID, ManaPool Product ID, CardTrader Blueprint ID, or JustTCG ID can identify cards when available. Preserve their exact values.
  • Card details: Card Name, Set Name or Set Code, Collector Number, TCG/Game, Printing / Finish, Language, Rarity, and Condition help describe and match the exact card.
  • Inventory values: Quantity, Sell Price, Inventory SKU, Low Stock Alert, and Inventory Notes describe your stock rather than the card’s catalog identity.
Important details
  • With Automated Pricing Active, automatic pricing determines final inventory-import prices. A valid CSV price is retained as a fallback when a recognized card cannot be priced automatically.
  • If Pricing Before Import appears, Set Up Pricing First opens pricing setup; Import Using CSV Prices continues with the displayed CSV-price choice.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

This file does not include supported card IDs

Review the identity columns and sample rows. Continue With Catalog Matching uses the card details; Go Back lets you correct the file first.

Analysis is taking a long time

Read the progress phase and processed-row count. Analysis may still be running server-side; a slow browser response is not proof that it stopped.

Import Complete (with errors)

Successful rows have already been applied. Download Rows to Fix and correct those rows instead of replaying the whole additive file.
