Buylist
Test the offer for a card
Check an offer using your saved prices and rules without recording a purchase.
Before you start
- Buylist → Buylist Rules → Test an offer
- You need buylist view and buylist create permissions.
- This checks saved offer pricing. It does not confirm that your storefront buylist is enabled or accepts the card. Check Buylist Enabled, Payment Methods and Settings separately.
What success looks like
- The result shows the calculated offer for the submitted selections. No purchase, payout or stock movement is recorded.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open Buylist → Buylist Rules → Test an offer. Search for and select the exact card printing.
- 2Choose Condition, enter a whole Quantity from 1 to 999, and choose Cash or Store credit under Payout.
- 3Click Calculate offer.
- 4Read the Result, including the total, amount per card and Matched pricing.
- 5If you change the card, condition, quantity or payout, click Calculate offer again. Check the result for those selections.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
There is no offer for the card
Check for an active percentage rule or exact price matching this printing, condition and payout. An exact cash price does not automatically set a store-credit price.
The amount is unexpected
Check the card printing, condition, quantity and payout. Review the matched rule or exact price and the store-credit settings in Pricing. Save any correction before calculating again.
The result disappeared after a change
Calculate again for your current selections. The previous result belongs to the selections used for that calculation.
The offer could not be calculated
Review the card and quantity, then click Calculate offer to retry. This check does not record a purchase.
