Pricing

Set a store-credit bonus and check pricing data

Choose a task: set the extra amount offered in store credit, or check which games have pricing data.

Before you start

  • Dashboard → Inventory → Pricing
  • You need pricing view and update permissions to use this page and save the bonus. Ask the store owner to review your role if you cannot open these controls.

What success looks like

  • Check the result of the task you chose. Saving a bonus does not add customer credit, and checking pricing availability does not change prices.

Quick start

Choose the task you need. Each task has its own steps.

Set a store-credit bonus

  1. 1Open Pricing and find Store Credit. These settings control the extra credit offered for trade-ins; they do not add credit to a customer's balance.
  2. 2Enter Store Credit Bonus as a percentage. Set Maximum Bonus Cap if needed. Leave the cap blank for no limit; enter 0 to allow no extra bonus under this rule.
  3. 3Check the Cash and Store Credit example before saving. It shows how the percentage and cap work together for the example amount.
  4. 4Click Save Changes once and wait for Saved. Reload Pricing and check that the bonus and cap are still correct. If the save result is unclear, check the current saved values before submitting again.

Check pricing availability

  1. 1Open Pricing and click Supported games beside Automatic Pricing. This opens the availability list without changing your settings.
  2. 2Read the status beside each game. An available source does not guarantee a price for every printing or condition. If the list fails to load, click Retry.
  3. 3Close Supported Games and check Market Data. Read any displayed last-applied time or missing-price counts. Applying inventory prices repeatedly does not fetch new market data.
  4. 4If Manual Pricing appears, those inventory items are locked out of automatic price updates. Review the affected inventory when needed; reading this information does not remove a lock.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

A buylist offer differs from the credit bonus alone

Check the Buylist offer settings, card condition, and price base as well. The credit bonus is only one part of the offer calculation.

Market data looks stale

Record the game and displayed freshness information for support. Do not repeatedly apply pricing expecting it to fetch new provider data.

Pricing availability could not be loaded

Click Retry in Supported Games. If the list still fails, close it and contact support. Retrying this list does not save settings or apply inventory prices.
