Buylist

Create, edit, disable, or delete an offer rule

Choose a percentage offer for a group of cards, change an existing rule, or explicitly disable or delete one.

Before you start

  • Buylist → Buylist Rules → Rules
  • You need buylist view permission. Adding rules requires buylist create permission; editing, disabling or deleting rules requires buylist update permission.

What success looks like

  • Saved active rules offer the selected percentage for cards matching their filters and market-price range. Disabling or deleting a rule changes future offer calculations.

Quick start

Choose the task you need. Each task has its own steps.

Create an offer rule

  1. 1Open Buylist → Buylist Rules → Rules and click Add Rule.
  2. 2Enter a Name. Choose Card games and Languages; an empty filter includes every value. Under Narrow this rule, choose any Sets, Rarities, Finishes or Conditions you want to limit. Choose one card game before selecting its sets or rarities.
  3. 3Enter Min Price and an optional Max Price for the card’s market value. Enter Buy Percentage from 0 to 100 and choose whether the rule is Enabled.
  4. 4Click Create Rule and wait for it to save. If a message appears, review it and keep your entered values while correcting the problem.
  5. 5Find the saved rule using Search rules or the game, status and rule-type filters. Reload and check it before using Test an offer for a matching card.

Edit an offer rule

  1. 1Open Buylist → Buylist Rules → Rules. Find the rule and click Edit.
  2. 2Review its Name, card filters, market-price range, Buy Percentage and Enabled state. Change only the values you intend to update, then click Update Rule.
  3. 3Wait for the editor to close, then reload and check the saved rule. Use Test an offer to check the result for a matching card.

Disable or enable an offer rule

  1. 1Open Buylist → Buylist Rules → Rules. Find the rule and click Edit.
  2. 2Set Enabled off to stop using the rule, or on to use it again. Click Update Rule and wait for the change to save.
  3. 3Reload and check the rule’s Active or Inactive status. Changing a rule does not undo a recorded purchase or payout.

Delete an offer rule

  1. 1Open Buylist → Buylist Rules → Rules. Find the rule and click Edit, then Delete Rule.
  2. 2Review Permanently delete this rule? Choose No to keep it, or Yes, Delete to remove it. Wait for the result.
  3. 3Reload and confirm the rule is absent. Deleting a parent rule keeps its exceptions as separate rules; review remaining offers with Test an offer. Recorded purchases, payouts and inventory are unchanged.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

The rule includes more cards than expected

An empty card filter includes every value. Review the game, language, set, rarity, finish and condition filters, then test a matching card.

The offer does not use this rule

Check that the rule is enabled and matches the card and market-price range. A narrower exception or an exact price can take precedence. Test an offer checks saved pricing; storefront acceptance settings are separate.

A rule change could not be confirmed

Keep the message and review the current rules before trying again. Close the editor and reload the list if the result is uncertain; do not create the same rule again without checking whether it was saved.

An active rule already has these filters

Find and edit the existing rule, or change the new rule’s card filters or market-price range. A different name alone does not make an otherwise identical active rule a separate offer.
