Buylist

Set an exact buylist price for a card

Add, change, or remove a cash or store-credit offer for one card printing and condition.

Before you start

  • Buylist → Buylist Rules → Exact card prices
  • You need buylist view permission. Adding prices requires buylist create permission; changing or removing them requires buylist update permission.
  • An exact price takes precedence for the selected payout. A blank cash or store-credit field can still use a matching percentage rule. Zero is an explicit zero offer.

What success looks like

  • The selected printing and condition use the saved active offer. Removing an exact price lets other eligible pricing apply.

Quick start

Choose the task you need. Each task has its own steps.

Add an exact price

  1. 1Open Buylist → Buylist Rules → Exact card prices. Under Set a price for one card, search by card name, set, collector number, or game.
  2. 2Check the game, set, collector number, finish and language, then select the card. Use Change if you selected the wrong printing.
  3. 3Choose Condition. Enter Cash price, Store credit price, or both. Use zero for an explicit zero offer; a blank payout may use a matching percentage rule.
  4. 4Click Add price and check the saved row in Exact card prices.

Change an exact price

  1. 1Open Buylist → Buylist Rules → Exact card prices. Use Search exact card prices and All conditions to find the saved offer.
  2. 2Change Cash price or Store credit price on that row. Keep at least one amount, then click Save.
  3. 3Check the saved amounts. Use Test an offer to check the result for the same printing, condition and payout.

Remove an exact price

  1. 1Open Buylist → Buylist Rules → Exact card prices. Find the offer by card and condition.
  2. 2Click Remove exact price on that row. It is removed from the active list immediately. This does not delete the card, change stock, or reverse a purchase.
  3. 3Use Test an offer to check the remaining pricing. A matching percentage rule may apply after an exact price is removed.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

The offer applies to the wrong printing

Check the finish and language as well as the name, set and collector number. Remove or correct the wrong offer, then add the intended printing.

Save is unavailable

Enter at least one cash or store-credit amount, using zero or a positive value.

The price could not be changed

Your entered amounts stay in the row. Review them and click Save to retry. If you are unsure whether a save finished, reopen the price list and check the saved amounts first.

An exact price already exists

Find the existing printing and condition under Exact card prices and edit that row. Do not add another offer for the same selection.

Does a blank price mean no offer?

No. A blank payout can use a matching percentage rule. Enter zero for an explicit zero offer, then use Test an offer to check that payout.
