Orders
Fulfill selected items or confirm marketplace cards pulled
Choose the items you have picked and record their fulfillment, leaving unfinished items open.
Before you start
- Dashboard → Sales → Orders
- Your account needs permission to update transactions. Release-date holds and some marketplace statuses can prevent fulfillment.
What success looks like
- The selected items show as fulfilled or pulled. Items you did not select remain unfinished.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open an order in Needs Fulfillment and review its items.
- 2For an ordinary order, select the warehouse under Fulfill from.
- 3Select the items you have picked and click Fulfill Selected. Use Fulfill All to record all remaining eligible items.
- 4For a marketplace order, click Confirm cards pulled. Check each item against the warehouse shown, then click Confirm Selected Pulled or Confirm All Pulled.
- 5Resolve any stock or quantity errors. Marketplace orders use the inventory associated with the original listing, so you cannot select a replacement warehouse here.
- 6Check the updated order to see which items are fulfilled and which still need attention.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
Presale item — not ready yet
Read the displayed release time. Fulfillment, shipping, and pickup completion remain blocked for held items until that time.
A marketplace item cannot be selected
Check whether its recorded warehouse or inventory association is missing and read the row message. Contact support for an unresolved association.
There is insufficient stock
Inspect the selected warehouse and actual item quantity. Do not mark the order fulfilled only to remove the warning.
