Orders
Fulfill several orders at once
Check a group of orders for inventory problems and fulfill the orders that are ready.
Before you start
- Orders → Needs Fulfillment
- Your account needs permission to update transactions.
What success looks like
- Successfully fulfilled orders leave the fulfillment queue. Orders with unresolved problems remain available for correction.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1In Needs Fulfillment, select the orders you want to process. Check the selection count; click Clear to start the selection again.
- 2Select the source under Fulfill from warehouse for ordinary orders.
- 3Click Bulk Fulfill. MintLGS checks the selected orders before recording fulfillment.
- 4If Inventory Issues Found appears, read the problems for each affected order. Click Cancel if you want to correct them first.
- 5To proceed with only the orders that passed the check, click Fulfill 1 Valid Order, or the same button showing your valid-order count.
- 6Read the result and any orders that need attention. Successfully fulfilled orders leave the selection; failed or skipped orders remain selected. Check their current status and correct the reported problems before retrying.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
Only part of the batch completed
Read the orders that need attention and their reported problems. Successfully fulfilled orders do not need to be submitted again. Check the remaining orders and correct any inventory or release restrictions before retrying.
Fulfillment failed or the result is unclear
Check the selected orders in Orders first; they may already be fulfilled even if an error appeared. Leave successful orders as they are. Correct any reported problems and retry only orders that still need fulfillment. If the selection is no longer eligible, check the orders’ current status before making another change.
The source warehouse is unavailable
Check warehouse access and the item’s required warehouse. Marketplace orders retain their recorded stock association.
