Orders
Print order documents or download a shipping CSV
Print receipts, packing slips, and pick lists, or export shipping details for selected orders.
Before you start
- Dashboard → Sales → Orders
- You need permission to view transactions. Selecting orders for bulk packing slips, pick lists, or Shipping CSV also requires permission to update transactions.
What success looks like
- The document opens for printing, is sent to the selected printer, or downloads as a CSV. Check that it contains the orders you selected.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open an order and choose Print Receipt.
- 2In Print receipt, choose Open print dialog for browser printing or Print here beside an assigned MintLGS printer. Read the resulting message.
- 3For packing slips, choose Print Packing Slip in an order’s fulfillment section or select orders and use Print Packing Slips / Packing Slips in the relevant queue. Check that the document contains only the orders you selected.
- 4In Ready to Ship, select orders and click Pick List. Expand each warehouse group to check Order, Item, Set, Condition, and Qty, then click Print.
- 5Use Shipping CSV in Orders → Ready to Ship: select the orders, check the selected count, then click Shipping CSV to download their shipping details. Open the file and check the selected orders and addresses before using it. This does not buy a label or mark the orders shipped.
- 6Check the selected order count and downloaded or printed document before continuing.

Important details
- Pick lists group items by their recorded warehouse picks. Items without recorded picks do not receive a warehouse assignment in the document.
- A confirmation that a print job was sent does not confirm that the printer produced it. Check the printer for the finished receipt.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
I cannot select orders for bulk documents
On a small screen, use Select order on the order card. Bulk document controls also need permission to update transactions. If selection controls are missing, ask the store owner to check your role. If you can view an order, you can still open it and use Print Receipt for browser printing.
The shipping CSV has no delivery address
Check the original order and the downloaded file before using it to ship. Do not use an incomplete address or guess the destination. If the order has an address but the file does not, contact MintLGS support with the order number.
No assigned printers appear
Use browser printing or configure a printer and station in Payment Setup.
The pick list is missing an item
Check whether the item was actually picked and whether its order is selected.
