Buylist
Find a buylist submission
Find a submitted buylist in its status tab, or open an existing submission using its link or QR code.
Before you start
- Dashboard → Sales → Buylist
- You need buylist view permission. Reviewing a record does not require permission to accept or reject it.
What success looks like
- The intended submission opens with its current status and details.
Quick start
Choose the task you need. Each task has its own steps.
Search the submission lists
- 1Open Buylist. Choose Pending for submissions awaiting review, Ready to Stock for accepted purchases with cards left to stock, or Completed for finished purchases and rejected submissions.
- 2Search by customer, card name, or order number. If the result is missing, check the other status tabs. Use Previous and Next when there is more than one page of matches.
- 3Open the matching submission. Check the customer, date, payout choice, cards and status.
- 4Close the submission when you have finished reviewing it. Opening or closing a record does not accept, reject, pay for or stock it.
Open a submission link or QR code
- 1While signed in to your store dashboard, open the existing submission link or scan its submission QR code with your scanner.
- 2Check the opened record’s customer, cards and status. If it cannot be found, return to Buylist and search the lists; confirm that you are in the correct store before asking the customer to submit again.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
A submission is missing from Pending
Check Ready to Stock and Completed. Rejected submissions are kept in Completed. A saved customer draft is not a submitted buylist; ask the customer to check their submission confirmation before submitting again.
The QR code does not open a submission
Check the original submission confirmation and the store you are signed into. Search by customer, card or order number. Do not create another submission just to look for the first one.
