Buylist

Review and accept a buylist purchase

Check the submitted cards, update grading and offers, select the customer and payout method, then record the purchase. Add the accepted cards to inventory afterward from Ready to Stock.

Before you start

  • Dashboard → Sales → Buylist
  • You need buylist approve permission.

What success looks like

  • MintLGS records the purchase and payout. The accepted cards remain in Ready to Stock until you place them into inventory.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Open the Pending submission. Review each card’s set, game, submitted and graded condition, quantity, full price, buy percentage, offer, payout, and Accept selection.
  2. 2Pending submissions open with their grading controls available. Adjust the graded condition, offered payout, and Accept selection directly, then review the total before accepting the purchase.
  3. 3Select Cash or Store Credit from the enabled payout methods.
  4. 4Use Find Customer to select an existing customer. For a new customer, choose Create Customer and then Create & Assign. Use Remove to clear the wrong customer. Store-credit payouts need the correct customer record.
  5. 5Check the total payout. For cash, choose Exact, Round Down, or Round Up and review the difference.
  6. 6Click Accept & Record Purchase and wait for confirmation.
  7. 7Open the accepted purchase in Ready to Stock and place the remaining cards in their warehouses.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

The payout changed after grading

Changes to condition or offer affect the total. Review the saved grade and cash or store-credit choice before accepting.

The purchase was accepted but stock did not increase

Open Ready to Stock and place the accepted cards. Recording the purchase does not add them to a warehouse automatically.

I am not sure the purchase was accepted

Check the submission’s status and purchase details before clicking Accept & Record Purchase again.
