Buylist
Add accepted buylist cards to inventory
Choose where to stock the cards from an accepted purchase. You can split quantities between warehouses and check previous placements before adding the remaining cards.
Before you start
- Buylist → Ready to Stock → submission → Place stock
- You need buylist approve and inventory create permissions.
What success looks like
- Accepted quantities are added to the warehouses you selected, and the remaining-to-stock quantity decreases.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open the accepted submission in Ready to Stock. Check which cards are already stocked and how many remain.
- 2Use Find a card to narrow the list if needed.
- 3To use one warehouse, select it under Assign all remaining cards to and click Assign. For individual cards, click Choose placement.
- 4Select Warehouse and enter Quantity. Use Split to another warehouse to add another placement for the same card, or Remove to discard an unsaved placement row.
- 5Review the selling price. Existing stock keeps its price. Eligible new stock can use the displayed automatic price; otherwise, enter Selling price.
- 6Check each placement’s warehouse and quantity, then click Confirm placement. You can stock part of the purchase now; unplaced quantities remain in Ready to Stock for later.
- 7Review Already stocked for the confirmed warehouse, quantity, staff member, and time. Open Purchase details if you need to check the accepted purchase.
Troubleshooting
Choose the symptom that matches what you see.
I am not sure the placement saved
Click Check current stock status before submitting again. The form may temporarily prevent edits while it checks an uncertain result.
A card shows an issue instead of placement controls
Read the message for that card and resolve it, or contact support. Do not add the same stock manually while its previous placement is still uncertain.
The submission is still in Ready to Stock
Check for cards or quantities that have not been assigned. Placing some cards does not finish the entire submission.
