Buylist

Set up your buylist

Turn your buylist on or off, choose cash or store-credit payouts, and limit which cards you accept. Each change saves automatically.

Before you start

  • Dashboard → Sales → Buylist
  • You need buylist view and update permissions.

What success looks like

  • Your saved buylist settings control availability, payout methods, and accepted cards.

Quick start

Choose the task you need. Each task has its own steps.

Turn the buylist on or off

  1. 1Open Buylist. Set Buylist Enabled to the state you want. Wait for the change to save before making another change.
  2. 2Reload Buylist and check Buylist Enabled. To appear on the storefront, an enabled buylist also needs at least one payout method and active offer pricing.

Choose payout methods

  1. 1Open Buylist. Under Payment Methods, select Cash, Store Credit, or both. Wait for each change to save; the buttons show Enabled or Disabled.
  2. 2Reload Buylist and check the payout methods. If both are disabled, the storefront buylist is hidden.

Choose accepted cards

  1. 1Open Buylist → Settings and find Accepted TCGs, Accepted Conditions, Accepted Printings, or Accepted Languages. If it currently accepts all values, choose Customize to show its checkboxes.
  2. 2Check the values to accept and uncheck those to exclude. Wait for each change to save. Keep at least one value selected in each customized filter; removing the last one leaves it selected and shows an explanation.
  3. 3Reload Settings and check your selections. Repeat for another filter if needed. Available printing and language choices depend on the accepted games.

Remove an accepted-card restriction

  1. 1Open Buylist → Settings. Find the filter whose restriction you want to remove and choose Accept All. Wait for the change to save.
  2. 2Reload Settings and check that the filter says it accepts all values. Repeat only for other filters you want to broaden. To stop accepting cards altogether, turn off Buylist Enabled.

How this area works

Reference information for the choices on this page.

Important details
  • Each control saves separately. A setting change does not create an offer price, record a purchase, pay a customer, or add stock.
  • Use Buylist Rules to configure percentage offers or exact card prices before offering the buylist to customers.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

I cannot uncheck the last accepted value

Keep at least one selected. To remove that filter, choose Accept All. To stop accepting cards altogether, turn off Buylist Enabled.

A setting could not be saved

Read the message on Buylist and check the current setting. If the result is uncertain, reload before trying again. Saved settings remain visible; do not assume a failed response means the change was not saved.

A rule includes a game the buylist does not accept

Use Update settings to accept that game, or edit the rule so it covers only accepted games.

The buylist is hidden on the storefront

Check Buylist Enabled, enable at least one payout method, and make sure active offer pricing is available.
