Inventory Tools

Resolve the pricing review queue with a CSV

Download flagged prices, enter custom prices or dismiss reviews, then preview and apply the file.

Before you start

  • Inventory Tools → Import → Automated Pricing Flagged For Review
  • You need import create permission to open Import, pricing view permission to load or export the queue, and pricing update permission to apply the file. History requires import view permission. Ask your store owner to review your access if a control is missing.

What success looks like

  • Successful actions update the selected prices or dismiss their reviews. Rows left without an action remain unchanged. Check the completion result, History and current prices before any retry.

Quick start

Choose the task you need. Each task has its own steps.

Export and prepare the review CSV

  1. 1Open Inventory Tools → Import. Under Import Type, choose Automated Pricing Flagged For Review. If the queue fails to load, use Refresh review queue before continuing.
  2. 2Click Export Full Review CSV. Keep the exported headings and identifying columns, especially Inventory ID, so each action matches the exact inventory row.
  3. 3For each row you want to change, enter a Custom Price with up to two decimal places, or enter yes under Dismiss Review? to keep its current price and clear its review flag. Use one action per row. Leave both blank to leave that row unchanged.
  4. 4Save your edited CSV. Keep the card and condition details intact and remove duplicate rows. If the export contains several CSV files, check and import each file separately.

Preview and apply the review CSV

  1. 1Open Inventory Tools → Import and select Automated Pricing Flagged For Review. Click Import Review CSV and choose your edited file.
  2. 2In Review CSV Before Import, check the filename, actions, rows with no action and any invalid rows. Click Cancel to discard this preview without changing prices, then correct the file if needed.
  3. 3When the preview is correct, click Apply once. Wait while the file is checked and applied. Do not upload or submit another copy while it is running.
  4. 4Read Price review import completed and its counts. Check the updated prices and Pricing → Review Pricing for remaining flagged rows. Custom prices for cards with no market data are locked from automatic pricing; other custom prices and dismissed reviews can be updated by future automatic pricing.

Check an uncertain or rejected import

  1. 1If an import shows an error, keep the file and read the message. A row-specific rejection tells you which entries need correction. If the result could not be confirmed, do not assume that nothing changed.
  2. 2Open Inventory Tools → History to check the import result, then check the affected prices. If you cannot open History, ask someone with import view permission to check it.
  3. 3Return to Import → Automated Pricing Flagged For Review and wait for the queue to load. If Refresh review queue is shown, click it. Loading or refreshing the queue does not apply the file. If rows have changed, export a fresh CSV and edit only the entries still needing review.
  4. 4Only upload and apply another file after confirming what remains. Do not replay an entire file just because the previous response was interrupted.

How this area works

Reference information for the choices on this page.

Important details
  • The on-page queue preview may show only part of the queue. Export Full Review CSV downloads all currently eligible review rows and may split a large export into several files.
  • Suggested Sell Price is reference information. Editing it does not apply that price; enter the amount in Custom Price or use Pricing → Review Pricing to approve a suggestion.
  • An item that was locked, emptied, removed or already resolved after your export may no longer be eligible. Export a fresh file when the queue changes.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

The queue did not load

Use Refresh review queue. A failed read does not mean the queue is empty. Wait for it to load before exporting or applying a file.

The file has no actions

Enter a Custom Price or yes under Dismiss Review? for at least one row. Changing reference columns alone does not request a price update.

A CSV row was rejected

Read the row message. Keep the Inventory ID from a fresh export, remove duplicates and select one action per row. A locked, out-of-stock or already resolved entry is no longer eligible. Correct the file before applying it.

The import result could not be confirmed

Check History and the affected prices before retrying. Refresh the queue and export a fresh file if needed. A missing response does not prove that the import failed.

Will a custom price stay locked?

A custom price entered for a no-market-data review is locked from automatic pricing. Other CSV custom prices and dismissed reviews do not add that lock. Check the single’s pricing lock if the price must stay manual.
