Open your store dashboard, POS, or storefront

Your MintLGS account provides links to the store dashboard, Point of Sale, and the storefront your customers use. You can also find the current addresses for all three in Account Settings.

Before you start

  • MintLGS account dashboard
  • Sign in with an active owner or staff account. Your permissions determine which summaries and pages you can see.

What success looks like

  • The selected tool opens for your store. The pages and actions you can use depend on your account permissions.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Sign in to your MintLGS account.
  2. 2If a banner asks you to verify your account or resolve a subscription issue, follow its instructions before opening your store tools.
  3. 3Click Open Dashboard to work with inventory, orders, and store settings. From the store dashboard, click Point of Sale to open the register. Use the storefront address in Account Settings to open your customer-facing website.
  4. 4To copy an address or check a bookmark, open Account Settings and find Current live URLs. Use the address shown for the storefront, dashboard, or POS.
  5. 5In the store dashboard, select the section you need from the navigation. On a small screen, open the navigation menu first.
  6. 6When you finish, click Sign out.

Important details
  • After a custom domain is verified, it serves your storefront. The dashboard and POS use the same domain with /dashboard and /pos at the end of the address.
  • If a suspension or deletion notice prevents access, follow the instructions in that notice. Opening a different bookmark will not restore access.

Troubleshooting

I am asked to resolve a billing issue

Open Billing in your MintLGS account dashboard and follow the instructions for your subscription.

I cannot see a menu section

Ask the owner or a staff member who manages roles to check your permissions for that section.
