Choose or change a MintLGS billing plan
Choose monthly or annual billing, update your payment method, and view subscription invoices.
Before you start
- MintLGS account dashboard → Billing
- Your account needs access to Billing and permission to manage the subscription for plan changes.
What success looks like
- Billing shows the confirmed plan, payment status, billing dates, and invoice history.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open Billing & Subscription and review your current plan, status and dates. To choose a first plan, select monthly or annual billing and complete checkout. Return to Billing and wait for confirmation; choosing a plan does not end an existing trial early. Billing-exempt accounts have no plan-change controls.
- 2To change an existing plan, use Switch to annual or Switch to monthly. If a confirmation appears, review the immediate change and possible prorated charge or credit, then choose Confirm switch or Keep current plan. During a trial, the switch can apply without this confirmation. Check the updated interval and billing date. Resolve any overdue or incomplete payment notice first.
- 3To change your card, choose Update payment method or Update Payment and follow the provider’s steps. To get a subscription invoice or receipt, open Billing history and choose View or PDF. On small screens, scroll the history table sideways to reach those links.
