Cancel renewal or keep your MintLGS plan
Stop your subscription from renewing or undo a scheduled cancellation.
Before you start
- MintLGS account dashboard → Billing
- You need permission to view Billing and update the subscription.
What success looks like
- Billing shows whether the plan will renew or end on the displayed date.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Open Billing & Subscription and review your current plan and billing-period end date. A billing-exempt account has no subscription renewal to cancel.
- 2To undo a scheduled cancellation, click Keep my plan on your current plan. Check that Will not renew disappears and the next billing date is shown.
- 3To stop renewal, click Cancel my plan. Read the access end date and data-preservation notice, then click Confirm cancellation. Choose Keep my plan in this confirmation to leave renewal unchanged.
- 4Check whether Billing now shows the next billing date or the date access ends. If access has already ended, use the available plan choices to restore access.

Plan cancellation preserves store data. Reset store data is a separate permanent action.
