Store Settings

Update your MintLGS profile or password

Update your account profile name or change a password you already know. These are separate tasks.

Before you start

  • MintLGS account dashboard → Account Settings
  • Sign in to the MintLGS account you want to update.

What success looks like

  • The success message confirms the section you changed. You do not need to change your password to update your profile name.

Quick start

The shortest path through this area.

  1. 1Open Account Settings. Profile and Password save separately; choose the section you need.
  2. 2To change your profile name, edit Full name under Profile and choose Save. Wait for Profile updated. Email is read-only; contact support to change it.
  3. 3To change your password, enter Current password, New password, and Confirm password under Password. Choose Change Password and wait for Password changed.

  • Current live URLs lists your storefront, dashboard, and POS addresses.

Troubleshooting

Choose the symptom that matches what you see.

I do not know my current password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page instead.

Passwords do not match

Enter the same new password in both new-password fields.

I cannot edit the email field

Use MintLGS support for the account-email change.
