Contact MintLGS support
Send a support request when you need help using MintLGS. Starting from a help article includes the article title and link so support can see which instructions you were following.
Before you start
- Help Center → Contact support, or MintLGS account dashboard → Support
- You must be signed in to a MintLGS account that can access Support.
What success looks like
- Your request appears in Support as a ticket. Replies about the same issue stay together in that conversation.
Quick start
The shortest path through this area.
- 1Click Open support ticket at the bottom of the relevant article. You can also open Support in your MintLGS account dashboard and click New Ticket.
- 2Sign in if prompted. If you started from an article, its title and link will appear in the new request.
- 3Select Support under What can we help you with?
- 4Enter a short Subject, then describe the issue. Include the page you were using, what you clicked, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Copy any error message or record reference that may help identify the problem.
- 5Select a Priority. Add screenshots or other relevant files if needed; the form accepts up to five PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, PDF, TXT, or ZIP attachments. Wait until each upload finishes.
- 6Review your request and click Submit Ticket once.
- 7Open the new ticket from your support list to read replies and check its status.
